Work through the seven steps. Selected options are highlighted in gold, and the current estimate remains visible throughout.
1. Size and base structure
Base construction
No connection surcharge applies to a single unit. When two or more units are selected, the configurator adds the mandatory 10% connection surcharge to their combined base price.
The base specification includes:
- 10 cm PIR insulation (walls, floor and roof),
- a full steel floor frame and lattice (100×50×3 mm profile),
- decorative façade elements: slats or cassette panels (two corners and one parapet),
- PVC floor finish.
Windows, fixed glazing and doors are not included in the base price — select them separately in step 6.
Structural options
Rate: PLN 1,100 net per metre. For connected units, enter the actual overall roof length.
For a single unit, the threshold is selected automatically. For connected units, select the range based on the building’s final dimensions.
240 cm is the standard height. Increasing to 250 or 260 cm costs PLN 2,200 per unit up to 9×3 m or PLN 3,300 per unit above 9×3 m. Each additional 10 cm above 260 cm costs PLN 550 per unit.

100 mm PIR is included in the base price. Upgrades to 120 or 160 mm are calculated independently for the walls, floor and roof.
2. Façade finish

Windows, fixed glazing and doors are priced separately and can be selected in step 6.
3. Electrical and plumbing services
The single-phase system includes 5 standard 230 V points. Additional points are added to this number; three-phase power is required from 10 total points or whenever a 400 V point is selected.
4. Kitchen, WC and bathroom
WC and bathroom packages — choose a quantity for each option
These options can be combined. For example, you can include one full bathroom with a WC plus one separate WC in the same building, or add more than one room of the same type.
5. Room layout, comfort and interior finishes
Room layout and 80 mm PIR partition walls
Add bedrooms, offices, storage rooms or any other enclosed spaces. Only new partition walls are charged; the building's external walls and shared walls already included elsewhere are excluded.

Comfort and interior finishes
Underfloor heating can be specified for any required area. Vinyl flooring cannot exceed the total floor area of the configured building.
6. Windows, doors, roller shutters and exterior options
The triple-glazing surcharge is calculated automatically at 50% of the total net value of all selected windows and fixed glazed panels.
